Are the side effects as bad as they seem, or is it fairly manageable? Do you feel like it's really making a difference in preventing bleeds? I use Kovaltry and Advate interchangeably and have had no issues, but I do get headaches with either. My doc says it could be a side effect of both or unrelated. I've not had any severe side effects, just the headaches.
