I was prescribed Retrovir (AZT) 300mg tablets to manage my HIV infection. I've recently started taking Retrovir (AZT) 50mg/5ml Syrup as part of my HIV treatment regimen. The doctor explained it works by blocking reverse transcriptase, which helps reduce the viral load and improve my immune system.
