I was recently prescribed Methenamine Mandelate 500mg Tabs for a persistent UTI. The doctor explained that it works by making my urine acidic to kill bacteria, but I'm curious if anyone else has tried this and how it went for them? The side effects list is a bit concerning, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone had any issues with allergic reactions or bladder pain?
