Methenamine Mandelate saved me from a lifetime of UTI misery. I love my doctor for prescribing this. If it tastes bitter just don't take it with juice. Take plenty of water and you'll fine.
I've been on it for a month, no issues. Just remember to report any side effects to the FDA and your doc! Safety first, guys.
I take this stuff like clockwork. I wish it had less of a chemical taste but it beats the heck out of a UTI. I've noticed I get results quickly too.
Go easy on the cranberries if you do that route. I get diarrhea from all the sugar. I never want to repeat that day. I am not sure how doctors recommend that.
