I was recently diagnosed with chronic hypoparathyroidism and my doctor prescribed Yorvipath 420mcg/1.4mL Inj, 2.8mL. This is a man-made version of parathyroid hormone (PTH), which helps control calcium and phosphate levels in the blood. I've read the side effects list but would love to hear from others who have experienced this treatment. What are the common side effects? Are there any tips for managing them? I've been on Yorvipath for a few months now to manage my chronic hypoparathyroidism, and while it's been helping with my calcium levels, I've been having some issues with the injection sites.
