I've been struggling with sunburn this summer and was recommended Anecream 4% Kit by a friend. I've used it a few times, and it seems to help, but I'm curious about others' experiences. The packaging says it's for minor burns and sunburn. I already know some people have allergic reactions to it, but the list of other possible side effects seems daunting to me. Has anyone else had any issues? I've also read that it may cause a rare condition called methemoglobinemia, which sounds pretty serious. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I'd love to hear both good and bad experiences.

Got a pretty bad sunburn last weekend and the itching is driving me crazy. Picked up some Prax 1% Lotion to try and get some relief. Anyone have experience using this? How well does it work for things like sunburn? I'm hoping it'll help numb it out, but I'm also a bit concerned about the possible side effects and I'm not sure it's safe to use if I have other skin irritation. Especially went it comes to the allergic reaction symptoms. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Just want to make sure I'm not missing something important. Also, does anyone know if this can be used on kids? I'm cautious about applying anything too strong to my kids' sensitive skin. Any advice would be appreciated! Also, interested in any specific tips on how to apply it most effectively. Does it work better with a cool compress?
