Life-changing or overhyped? Thriving or struggling with Urea 40% Cream 198.4gm for dry skin?

I've been using Urea 40% Cream 198.4gm for the past month to deal with some persistent dry and scaly skin on my elbows and knees. It's supposed to help soften and remove the rough skin, but I'm not sure if it's living up to the hype. Has anyone else tried this? Did you see any side effects like burning or stinging? I've noticed a slight improvement, but it's not as dramatic as I expected. Is it worth sticking with it, or should I look into other treatments? Any tips on how to apply it for best results would be much appreciated! I'm also curious about how often people need to reapply it — is it daily, every other day?

Urea 40% Cream: My Feet Are Finally Smooth! (Anyone Else Notice Any Side Effects?)

So I've been using Urea 40% cream on my feet for the past couple of weeks, and I've seen some amazing results! My heels are finally smooth, and the thick, hard skin has started to soften and peel off, the way the doctor promised. But I've noticed a bit of stinging when I first apply it. Anyone else experience this? Also, I'm wondering what to do about the dead skin that's coming off--is it okay if I pick it off, or do I just leave it be? On the bright side, it keeps my feet incredibly moisturized which is a plus for me as I suffer from dry feet. Anyway, I'd love to hear your experiences with this stuff, especially any side effects you might have had. I've heard some people have severe reactions, so I want to stay safe. BTW, does anyone know why the tube is so small? 28.35gm doesn't seem like a lot, but I guess it depends on how often you use it.
