So I've been using Urea 40% cream on my feet for the past couple of weeks, and I've seen some amazing results! My heels are finally smooth, and the thick, hard skin has started to soften and peel off, the way the doctor promised. But I've noticed a bit of stinging when I first apply it. Anyone else experience this? Also, I'm wondering what to do about the dead skin that's coming off--is it okay if I pick it off, or do I just leave it be? On the bright side, it keeps my feet incredibly moisturized which is a plus for me as I suffer from dry feet. Anyway, I'd love to hear your experiences with this stuff, especially any side effects you might have had. I've heard some people have severe reactions, so I want to stay safe. BTW, does anyone know why the tube is so small? 28.35gm doesn't seem like a lot, but I guess it depends on how often you use it.

I've been using it for a month now, and my hands are finally back to normal. No more rough patches! But yeah, the first few days were a bit rough with the stinging. Definitely keep it on for a while if you can.

The tube is small because it’s super concentrated. It’s a lot of power in a small package. Don’t let it’s size fool you. It can really help out tougher cases. If you're using it on your feet, don't forget to rinse off any residue before putting on socks.

I didn't know that stuff could cause allergic reactions. I can't be too careful with that! I’m probably going to call my doctor.

I get that burning sensation, but it goes away after a while. Just apply it before bed and put on socks to keep it on. When skin is soft enough, I use a foot file to remove the dead skin.
