I've been using Urea 40% Cream 198.4gm for the past month to deal with some persistent dry and scaly skin on my elbows and knees. It's supposed to help soften and remove the rough skin, but I'm not sure if it's living up to the hype. Has anyone else tried this? Did you see any side effects like burning or stinging? I've noticed a slight improvement, but it's not as dramatic as I expected. Is it worth sticking with it, or should I look into other treatments? Any tips on how to apply it for best results would be much appreciated! I'm also curious about how often people need to reapply it — is it daily, every other day?

I've had great success with it. My feet were so dry and scaly, and I tried creams and lotions and nothing worked. Applied it once a day and my feet cleared up after a week. Definitely worth the trouble.

Urea cream is great, but it can dry out the skin if you don’t moisturize afterwards. I found that layering it under a thick moisturizer helps a lot. Also, I had some irritation at first, so I applied it every other day instead of daily, and that helped.

I tried this a while back and got hives.

I noticed it helps with calluses too. I put it on before bed and wore socks over my feet, woke up and the skin was so much softer. I'll definitely keep using it!

Did you try a different brand? Do they all work the same? I had a weird burning sensation and stopped using it.

My grandma used this stuff regularly for years. It’s good but can be a bit harsh if you have sensitive skin. Stick to the directions and be patient—the effects take time to show fully.

I've been using it for a few years now. It's a lifesaver for my dry skin, especially during the winter. Make sure you apply it to damp skin for better absorption. Just be gentle with it, don’t apply too much or it might be irritating.

I wish I had known about this earlier. My hands were so knobbly. I did notice some redness at first, but it went away quickly. I’m in awe at how smooth my hands are now. Use it consistently.

I heard it can be effective if you have eczema too. Has anyone tried it for that? It might be worth a shot if you’re struggling with it.
