The nausea was brutal. I had to take anti-nausea meds along with Abraxane. It helped a bit, but it was still a rough ride. My advice? Be ready for the roller coaster.
Please, if any of you out there are doctors, tell us what we are supposed to do when we experience these side effects. I want to know if there are any specific remedies for nausea and dizziness.
I had to take a break from Abraxane due to severe fatigue. It was really hard, but my oncologist adjusted the dosage and I managed to continue treatment. Stay positive!
Why would anyone joke about side effects? People are suffering through this treatment, and yet some people are out here with no empathy.
