I've been recently prescribed Accolate 10mg Tablets for managing my asthma. The doctor explained that it works by blocking leukotrienes, which cause inflammation in the airways. I was prescribed this to prevent asthma attacks and improve my breathing. At first, I wasn't sure what to expect, but after doing some research I am still on the fence. Has anyone else used this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences with it, especially concerning side effects or changes in breathing. I've been on it for a few weeks now, and I've noticed some improvements. However, I'm also a bit worried about the potential side effects, especially the ones related to liver problems. I want to ensure this medication is the right fit for me.

If you start feeling any of them, get to a doctor fast. Not worth it to ignore.

Yeah, I got lucky and didn't experience any major side effects. Just remember, everyone's body reacts differently to medication. Accolate works well for most people, but it's always good to stay vigilant about any changes in your health.

My doc said Accolate is usually safe, but if you have any concerns, just pick up the phone. They're there to help.

Wow, that sounds intense. I had no idea Accolate could cause liver problems! I'm definitely going to monitor that closely if I ever get prescribed it.

I've been on Accolate for a few years now, and it's been a game-changer for my asthma management. I didn't experience any major side effects, just the occasional headache and stomach discomfort. Definitely recommend talking to your doctor about any concerns, though.

I've had to switch off Accolate due to behavioral changes, but it was fine before this for years. I don't really understand why it happened, any ideas?

I wish they had warned me about the potential for liver problems. I felt fine until I started having flu-like symptoms and then I had to run tests.
