Acetaminophen 500mg Tablets: My Experience & Questions About Side Effects
I've been taking Acetaminophen 500mg tablets for a while now to manage chronic pain, and I recently started noticing some mild side effects like upset stomach and trouble sleeping. I'm curious how common these side effects are and if anyone has tips to manage them? I also want to know if anyone has experienced any of the urgent side effects and what they did. I would appreciate any insights or advice. I’m a bit worried about liver problems and want to be proactive to stay safe.

It's just so annoying when pain relief is paired with side effects, like trouble sleeping. I'd recommend consulting a doc before taking further.
Upset stomach is a pain - I've heard drinking milk can help. Never been sure, but give it a shot.
I've taken Acetaminophen for years and never had any issues. Maybe try taking it with food to see if that helps with the upset stomach?
I've been taking it for headaches and it's been a lifesaver but I try to use it sparingly because of the liver risks. Maybe consider other natural remedies?
Acetaminophen is great for pain but not as good for inflammation. Just tried using Ibuprofen
It's effective and cheap, but some people really should be careful.
Be careful with liver problems. I knew someone who had to stop taking it because of that. Make sure to monitor your symptoms closely.
I had really bad trouble sleeping when I started taking it. My doctor suggested taking it earlier in the day, and it helped a lot.
