Acetaminophen 650mg ER Tablets: My Experiences and Questions About Side Effects
I've been prescribed Acetaminophen 650mg ER Tablets for mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever. The extended-release formula is supposed to provide relief for up to 8 hours, which sounds great. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones. I've heard horror stories about liver problems and allergic reactions. Has anyone else had issues with this drug? I'd love to hear some real-life experiences and any tips for managing side effects. Are there any specific foods or habits that help with stomach upset or constipation? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I've been taking these for a while now and haven't had any major issues. Just occasional stomach upset, but it's manageable.
I had a really bad experience with these. I ended up with severe stomach pain and dark urine. Had to go to the ER. Thankfully, it was just a one-time thing and I switched meds.
I get super paranoid after reading lists like this. I have a friend who had a bad reaction to some kind of painkiller a few years ago and it scarred me. It's not worth taking it if it's not necessary for your quality of life.
The extended-release formula is amazing for me. I work a manual job and these tablets keep me going all day without any pain. I've never experienced any major side effects, but I always take them with food.
