Be careful with this stuff. It can cause severe constipation. I once had a friend who used it for an overdose and ended up with serious bowel issues.
Who else thinks it's insane that activated charcoal can absorb poison but you can also buy it over the counter as a 'detox'? People need to stop using it for weight loss and other nonsense.
