I've been taking these for a week and so far, no issues. Fingers crossed!

This discussion has me a bit scared to be honest. I know vitamins are good for us, but I can't believe some of these side effects! Had no idea... maybe I'll just stick to a healthy diet and skip the supplements altogether...

I was surprised to find out about the possible rash or hives. Has anyone else had this issue? I need to know what to expect in case I have these side effects.

I'm actually considering switching to a different multivitamin because the iron content in Actiflovit is giving me the runs. I'm fluctuating between constipation to extreme diarrhea. Has anyone else had this issue?

I think it's worth it if you're deficient in certain vitamins. I had a B12 deficiency and these really helped me out. But like any supplement, you need to be aware of the risks.

I was a little worried about the stool discoloration, but my doctor told me it’s normal when you have iron in your system. But I still got my stool tested just to be sure. I think that the color might go back to normal after a while. I just need to be more patient.

I've been taking Actiflovit for a few months now and it seems fine. The side effects they mention are rare, so I have no worries to mention. I feel healthier and it's fine for my pocket too. I don't mind spending a little extra for a peaceful mind.

I think the biggest concern is the allergic reactions. I've heard of people getting severe reactions to vitamins they thought were harmless. Anyone else worried about this? I'm torn on whether to continue or not.

I had some stomach issues on my first day but they cleared up after a couple of days. I think it's okay to continue taking them, but I don't plan to make this a habit.

If you're going to take vitamins, why not just eat a balanced diet? I feel that it's not worth the risk of side effects if you can get all those vitamins from food.
