I was recently prescribed Adalimu-Aty 40mg/0.4ml 2-auto Inj Kt for my Crohn's disease. I've been trying to learn as much as possible about it, particularly about the possible side effects. The list is quite long and some of the side effects are quite scary. I'm trying to figure out if everyone gets a lot of side effects, or if it's just a small fraction of people. Does anyone have any experience with this medication? What are the common side effects, and how did you manage them? I'm also curious to know if there are any tips for making the injection process less painful. I've never given myself an injection before and I'm a bit nervous. What are the best techniques to learn to use these injections with minimal pain. Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I'm on my third biologic now and I've had way better luck with the others. My insurance company recently switched me to Adalimu-Aty. I've had a few UTIs since starting. I'm wondering if it's related or just a coincidence.

I've been on Adalimu-Aty for a while now and it's been a great fit. I've had some minor side effects, but nothing too bad. I try to take it easy the day after my injection, and that seems to help with any stiffness or soreness.

I switched to Adalimumab from another biologic because of insurance reasons. My symptoms improved within a couple of months. I was really worried about the injection pain, but it's not nearly as bad as I thought. I've had a few infections, but nothing too serious. I am also a bit paranoid of the Lupus symptoms. I am lucky to have a great doctor who has me on a regular check schedule. I've also had a few strange side effects, such as skin lumps, but I'm not sure if it's related to the medication. My doctor just added an ultrasound to my next checkup.

Anyone else having problems with the auto-injector? I can't seem to get the hang of it and it's making me nervous about giving myself the injection.

I'm on week 3 of Adalimu-Aty and I'm already seeing improvement in my symptoms. It's been a relief, but I'm also scared of the side effects. I've heard horror stories. Has anyone else had a good experience with this medication?
