I've been prescribed Adderall 10mg tablets for my ADHD. It's been a game-changer for my focus and productivity, but the side effects can be challenging. I wanted to start this thread to discuss our experiences, share tips for managing side effects, and answer any questions others might have.

The most common side effect I've experienced is trouble sleeping. Has anyone else dealt with this? I've found that taking my dose earlier in the day helps, but I'm still not perfect.

I've also had some questions about the serious side effects listed, like changes in skin color and numbness in the hands or feet. Has anyone else had these symptoms? I'm curious to know if they went away with time or if they require medical intervention.

Lastly, I've noticed that Adderall can affect my appetite. Anyone have tips for staying healthy while on this medication?

I've had some issues with anxiety and restlessness. It's like my body is constantly on edge. Anyone else deal with this? I've started practicing mindfulness and yoga, and it's helped a bit. I've also been really careful about diet. Getting enough protein and healthy fats has helped keep my energy stable, and I think it's helped with some of the side effects, like feeling jittery. Also, I've heard that eating a good breakfast helps offset the appetite suppression.

I've heard that magnesium can help with some of the side effects, like anxiety and restlessness. Has anyone tried that? And has anyone had issues with weight loss? I've lost some weight since starting Adderall, and I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not.

I think the most important thing is to communicate openly with your doctor. Don't be afraid to speak up about side effects, even if they seem minor. They can often adjust the dosage or switch medications if needed. I've also found that staying hydrated makes a big difference. I drink tons of water throughout the day, and it helps with the dry mouth and jitteriness. I also try to eat regularly, even if I'm not hungry, because I heard that eating more protein can diminish the appetite suppression side effect.

Be careful with Adderall, it's easy to become dependent on it. I've seen people get addicted to it because it makes them feel so productive. But the crash is real and withdrawal symptoms can be brutal. Just be mindful and don't take more than prescribed, if you're taking Adderall for ADHD and it helps, thats awesome. Just be careful.

Has anyone else experienced changes in their vision? I've noticed that things seem a bit blurry at times, and it's pretty scary. I'm not sure if it's the Adderall or something else, but I definitely need to talk to my doctor about it. I've heard that some people take Adderall for studying before exams, but I think that's a dangerous game. It's meant for people with actual medical conditions, not for cramming. But like someone else said, exercise helps a lot. It's not a cure-all, but it makes a difference. But I can't do hard exercise at night because it makes the insomnia worse.
