I was really worried about the serious side effects, but I haven't experienced any of those thankfully. Just the usual stuff like headaches and dry mouth. I do have to watch my blood pressure, though, so I'm glad I can check in with my doctor regularly.

I had a similar experience with insomnia at first, but I've found that avoiding caffeine after 2 PM helps me sleep better at night. Also, I noticed that my appetite decreased, but I try to eat small, frequent meals throughout the day to keep my energy up.
