I was prescribed Adipex-P 37.5mg for weight loss and have been taking it for a couple of months now. This medication has helped me reduce my appetite and feel less hungry, which has been great for sticking to my diet. However, I've experienced some side effects like dizziness and trouble sleeping. I've heard about more severe side effects, so I'm curious how others are managing. I'm also concerned about the long-term use of this drug and whether the benefits outweigh the risks. Has anyone else had similar experiences or concerns?

Phentermine is great for short-term weight loss, but it's not a miracle drug. You still need to follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months, but I also changed my eating habits and started working out. Combination of everything is needed really.

I've been on this for a while and haven't experienced any serious side effects yet. But I did notice some behavioral changes, like feeling more anxious sometimes. I'm not sure if it's the drug or just stress, but it's something to keep an eye on.

I'm on my second month and so far, so good. No major side effects, and I'm sticking to my diet and exercise plan. Fingers crossed it continues to work for me.

Seriously, be cautious with this stuff. I've read horror stories about heart valve problems and other serious issues. Always listen to your body and talk to your doctor if something feels off.

I've been on Adipex-P for about 4 months and have lost 25 pounds! I've had some dry mouth and restlessness, but nothing too bad. I also noticed changes in my mood sometimes, but it's manageable.

I had to stop taking it because of the side effects. I felt really jittery and had trouble sleeping. Plus, I heard it can lead to heart issues long-term. Not worth it for me.

I just started taking Adipex-P and I'm already feeling more energized and less hungry. I hope these effects last. Anyone know if the appetite suppression wears off over time?

Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up in the ER with severe chest pain. Turns out it was a side effect of Phentermine. Always consult your doctor regularly.

I've gained back some weight since I stopped taking Adipex-P. I'm not sure if it's because of the medication or just my lack of willpower. Anyone else experience weight gain after stopping?
