Allbee W/ Vit C Tablets: My lifesaver or just a scam?
I've been taking Allbee W/ Vit C Tablets for about a month now, and I must say, I feel like I have more energy throughout the day. I know it's just a daily vitamin supplement with B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) and Vitamin C, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? I've been trying to convert more of my food into energy. But I'm also paranoid about the side effects. Has anyone experienced any of the mentioned side effects, or even worse, any other side effects not listed? I want to keep taking these if they're genuinely good for me, but I also want to be safe!

I had a friend who broke out in hives from these. She had to go to the ER. Scary stuff. Be careful, folks.
I feel more energetic too! But I wonder if it's just a placebo effect. Has anyone done any real research on these?
Be careful with any supplement. They can interact with other medications or have side effects that aren't listed. Always consult a doctor first.
I haven't had any side effects, but I did notice a bad taste in my mouth sometimes. It's not terrible, but it's noticeable.
I've had decreased appetite since I started taking these. I'm not sure if it's related, but it's weird.
I tried them and got terrible stomach pain. I had to stop taking them. Maybe they're not for everyone.
I've been taking these for years and haven't had any issues. I think they're great for boosting your immune system and keeping your skin healthy!
