I've been taking it for years with no issues. Just make sure to tell your doctor about any other medications you're taking.
Be careful, folks. I had a bad reaction to this stuff. ended up in the hospital with some serious skin issues.
I've heard that taking it with food can help with the stomach issues. Might be worth a try.
