I've been using Alprolix 250unit for a while now to manage my hemophilia B, but I'm starting to wonder if the side effects are worth it. I've had some mild issues like headache and redness at the injection site, but I'm more concerned about the potential for serious side effects like kidney problems or blood clots. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I think it’s important to share our stories so we can support each other and be more informed about what to expect. What are the best ways to manage these side effects, and when should we really be worried?

Seriously, though, if you ever experience chest pain or shortness of breath, get to a hospital ASAP. No joke, these symptoms can be life-threatening. Stay safe out there, everyone!

I've been on Alprolix for a few months and haven't had any major issues. Just some mild headaches, but they go away quickly. It's definitely a relief to not have to inject as often as with other treatments.

I think it's really important to stay vigilant and report any changes to your doctor. Even if it seems minor, it could be a sign of something more serious. Better safe than sorry!

Anyone had issues with kidney problems? That’s one of the symptoms I’m really worried about. I’m monitoring my urine output and weight carefully.
