Have you ever tried Altavera Tablets 28s? This birth control pill is a combined oral contraceptive pill, meaning it contains both estrogen (ethinyl estradiol) and progestin (levonorgestrel). It works by preventing ovulation, thickening cervical mucus, and thinning the uterine lining. However, while I'm grateful for the convenience of a daily pill, I've noticed some changes. Has anyone else experienced light spotting between periods? How did you deal with it? Additionally, can anyone share their experience with the side effects like headaches and sore breasts? Are there any tips for managing these? Also, if you've ever had issues with the pill causing weight gain, what measures did you take to manage it? Or perhaps there might be a recommendation for an alternative birth control method.

Did anyone else get increased breast sensitivity? I had no idea this was a side effect and it took me forever to even figure it out.

A friend of mine tried this and had to switch after experiencing a rash. She's been mostly fine since then. I'm a bit scared to switch to this because of that.

I've been on Altavera for 5 months. Side effects have been minimal, though I do think my acne has gotten a little worse. But, it's worth it.

I actually love Altavera. I only ever missed one pill, and that was by accident. The only side effect I've experienced was some moodiness, which I can handle. But as long as it works, I'm not planning to do anything else.
