I've been using Altreno 0.05% Lotion for about two months now, and I've seen some promising results. As someone who has struggled with acne for years, I was hesitant to try yet another topical treatment. But after reading about the benefits of tretinoin—it speeds up skin renewal and reduces inflammation—I decided to give it a shot. The lotion is easy to apply and doesn’t leave a sticky residue, which is a big plus. However, I’ve experienced some side effects like dryness and redness, but nothing too severe. I’ve been following the instructions closely and using it every other day to minimize irritation. Has anyone else tried Altreno? How did you handle the side effects, and what results have you seen so far? I'd love to hear other people's experiences!

Be prepared for the purging phase. It's rough, but worth it in the end. I wish I had known about this before I started. It's like my skin decided to have a big ol' party and kick out every zit at once, but it's been mostly smooth sailing since.

I've had a great experience with Altreno. It's taken about 3 months to see a difference, but my skin is way clearer. I had to reduce the frequency of use, though, because every night was too much for my face. A few nights a week is now what works for me.

My dermatologist recommended this, and I didn’t want to try it, but it's been amazing so far. It’s cleared up some stubborn acne spots that nothing else would touch. I’m glad I gave it a chance.

I've been using it for a month now and I'm cautiously optimistic. It's definitely cleared up some of my acne, but the dryness is a bit awful. I've had to up my moisturizer game big time.

I love that it’s a lotion and not a cream. Feels so much lighter and less oily!

I had to stop using it because it caused my skin to peel so badly. The burning and redness were bearable but peeling was not! I wish I'd known what I was getting into

I’ve been using it for a week and my skin is so sensitive! I had to stop using it for a few days and consult my doctor. She suggested I use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer after every application. I'll give it another shot.

I tried it for a month but had to stop because of the severe burning. Maybe it’s too strong for my skin. Has anyone had similar issues? I'm leaning towards switching to a different tretinoin product.
