Has anyone experienced severe side effects from taking Alunbrig 30mg tablets? I'm on my third week and have been dealing with some intense fatigue and dizziness. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? I've read about the rare but serious side effects, and I'm a bit worried. I'd appreciate any advice or shared experiences from others who have been on this medication. Additionally, are there any tips for managing the more common side effects like upset stomach or diarrhea? I'm looking for practical suggestions to make this journey a bit easier.

I've heard that some people have issues with their eyesight. Has anyone experienced this? I'm a bit worried about that potential side effect.

I've been lucky, haven't had any major issues. Just some occasional joint pain. I take ibuprofen when it gets bad. It isn’t fun, but it could be a whole lot worse. Best of luck to you!

I had a bad experience with Alunbrig. I ended up in the ER with severe back pain and vomiting. Turns out, it was pancreatitis. If you experience anything like that, don't wait—go to the hospital. Better to be safe.

I've been on Alunbrig for about 6 months now, and honestly, the first few weeks were tough. I had some serious fatigue and dizziness. My oncologist suggested breaking the pills into two doses a day, though it's important to check with your own doctor before doing anything like that. She also recommended keeping a detailed diary of symptoms and their severity to track patterns, which was really helpful.

I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling. I had some pretty bad headaches in the beginning, but they went away after a few weeks. If anything gets really bad, don't hesitate to talk to your doctor about adjusting the dose or switching to a different medication.

I had some weird sensations, like tingling in my hands and feet. It freaked me out, but the doctor said it was just a side effect of the meds and it would probably go away, and it did.

Has anyone else had issues with mouth sores? I'm dealing with them and they're making it hard to eat. Any tips on how to manage this side effect would be greatly appreciated.
