I've been prescribed Ambrisentan 10mg Tablets for my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and I'm curious about other people's experiences with this medication. Specifically, I want to know what side effects others have encountered, especially the urgent ones. I'm particularly interested in the signs of liver problems and allergic reactions, as these seem quite serious.

While I understand that rare side effects can be severe, I'd love to hear from anyone who has experienced them, and what they did to manage. Additionally, I'd like to know if anyone has had any success with managing the more common side effects like flushing and stuffy nose.

I've been experiencing some mild flushing, and while it's not too bad, it's still a bit of an inconvenience. I'm also curious about how well the medication has worked for others in improving exercise ability.

Lastly, I'd love to hear from anyone who has had any issues with fluid retention. I've noticed some minor swelling in my ankles, and I want to know if this is something I should be worried about or if it's a common side effect that can be managed easily.

I appreciate any insights and advice you can provide, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant it may seem. Thank you for your help and support!

I've been taking Ambrisentan for about 6 months now, and I haven't experienced any side effects yet. Knock on wood! I do feel like my exercise tolerance has improved, though. Just stay on top of your doctor's appointments and report any issues right away.

I just started Ambrisentan last month. I'm worried about the liver issues. What should I be looking for, and how often should I get tested?

Be very careful! I only dealt with stuffy nose, and it was hard to deal with. I use a nasal spray and it has helped me deal with the stuffiness. Honestly, the nasal spray has been a life saver for me

My doctor said the liver problem side effects are really rare, but I still worry about it. I think it's just the fear of the unknown. I wish they had a way to monitor the liver more closely while on this medication. It's a bit alarming.

I've been on Ambrisentan for a few months now, and I've had some minor side effects, but nothing too severe. A bit of flushing here and there, but nothing like the liver issues. Just stay vigilant and report any severe symptoms immediately, that's what I do.

Be very careful with this medication. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because of severe swelling and trouble breathing. Turns out, it was fluid retention. She had to stop taking Ambrisentan and switch to a different medication. It's scary stuff.

I took it for about a year until this medication made me severely itchy, and I had red, swollen skin. It was like I got a major allergic reaction. It's hard to believe that the side effects can be life-threatening, but now I believe it.

I take 10mg of Ambrisentan as well, and it has dramatically improved my ability to exercise. I can now walk for 30 minutes without getting winded, which was impossible before. I also had some swelling in my ankles in the beginning, but it went away after a few weeks. I just make sure to elevate them when I can and drink plenty of water.
