I've been prescribed Amjevita 10mg/0.2ml Pf Syringe Inj for my Crohn's disease, and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. How has it worked for you? Have you experienced any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I've read about some serious potential issues, so any advice on warning signs or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know if it's common to have reactions at the injection site?

I've had some nausea and stomach pain, but my doctor said those are common side effects. They gave me some meds to manage it and it's been fine so far.

I had a really bad allergic reaction the first time I used it. Swelling, hives, the works. Had to go to the ER. Do a test dose under medical supervision if you can.

Amjevita helped a lot with my arthritis, but I had to be really careful about catching even a minor cold. My doctor advised me to avoid crowded places and wash my hands constantly.

I've been on Amjevita for about 6 months now, and it's been a game-changer for my psoriasis. No serious side effects so far, just some mild injection site reactions that go away quickly.

I've been really lucky—no side effects so far. It's confusing how some people have such bad reactions and others don't. Fingers crossed it stays this way.

My doctor mentioned avoiding live vaccines while on Amjevita. Has anyone else heard this? Something to keep in mind.

I had some really intense headaches the first few weeks. My doctor suggested taking an OTC pain reliever, and it helped a lot.

I'm a nurse and I've seen a few patients on Amjevita. The key is communication with your doctor. If something feels off, don't wait to talk to them.
