I've been prescribed Amjevita 40mg/0.8ml 1 Prf Syringe for my Crohn's disease and I have a lot of questions. This is my first time using an injectable medication and I'm a bit nervous. Has anyone else used this medication for a similar condition? What were your experiences with side effects? How do you handle the injection process? I'm really hoping to get some firsthand insights and tips from others who have been through this. Also, I'd like to know if anyone has had issues with insurance coverage for this medication. What should I expect in terms of costs and paperwork?

I've been on Amjevita for a few months now and it's been a game-changer for my psoriasis. The injections are straightforward once you get the hang of it, but make sure to talk to your doctor about the best sites to rotate for injections. It helps with the pain and discomfort

I switched to Amjevita from another TNF-alpha inhibitor and I've noticed a significant reduction in my arthritis symptoms. Just be aware of the potential side effects and keep an eye out for any signs of infection. I have a friend who had to go to the ER due to a urinary tract infection, so it's worth being cautious.

I've been on Amjevita for about a year now and it's been a mixed bag. The inflammation in my joints has decreased significantly, but I've had some serious side effects including severe nausea and fatigue. I've been in touch with my doctor and we're monitoring it closely.

I had a rough start with injections, but the worst side effect I experienced was some redness and swelling at the injection site. It went away after a few days. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and clean the site well before injecting. I use ice to numb the site before injecting, that's helped a lot

I'm on my third week of Amjevita and so far, so good. No major side effects, just a bit of fatigue. I've found that staying hydrated and resting when I need to helps a lot. I'll keep updating if I notice any changes. Be patient with yourself the first few weeks.

I've heard the injection sites can sometimes get infected, so be extra careful with hygiene when administering the shot. Use alcohol swabs to clean the site and make sure to dispose of used needles safely. I use a sharps container and always keep it out of reach of kids and pets.

I'd love to hear more about managing the injection sites. I've been on Amjevita for a month and it feels like a full-time job finding new spots to inject. Any tips on minimizing pain and swelling? Also, what's the deal with the scaly skin patches? anyone else experiencing that?

I had a severe allergic reaction to Amjevita. Signs to look out for include rash, hives and especially difficulty breathing. If you experience any of these, seek medical help immediately.
