Ammonium Lac 12% Lotion - Game Changer or Just Another Lotion?

I read that this lotion can be used in combination with other treatments for better results. Has anyone tried this, and if so, what were the results? Does anyone know if there are other natural ingredients that can be used alongside this lotion for maximum effectiveness? I'm thinking maybe something with aloe vera or tea tree oil?
