Has anyone else tried the combination drug Alogliptin-Pioglitazone 25/15mgT for managing Type 2 diabetes? I've been on it for a few months now and have noticed some improvements in my blood sugar levels. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones mentioned in the description. The list of possible side effects is quite long and some of them are quite distressing. Has anyone else experienced any of these side effects? If so, how did you manage them? Also, any tips on how to best incorporate this medication into a daily routine alongside diet and exercise would be greatly appreciated!

I've been on it for a year now and I've had no issues. My doctor advised me to keep an eye out for any signs of allergic reactions and to get regular blood tests. So far, so good!

I was really worried about the liver problems. Doctors told me to drink lots of water and monitor my symptoms closely. It worked for me.

I'm curious if anyone has had issues with low blood sugar while on this. I've had a few episodes of dizziness and confusion, which I think might be due to hypoglycemia. How do you guys manage it?

I had some freaky side effects when I was on this drug. It was a combination of weird symptoms. I had a hard time determining the cause, but after a few adjustments and speaking with my doctor, it all sorted out. Be patient and keep communication open with your healthcare provider.

I don't know why I didn't get the skin issues since my skin is highly sensitive. I'm a little weirded out by all the warnings but I'm hopeful the results are worth a try. My doctor keeps a close eye on me and I do as much as I can to stay fit and eat healthy.

Did anyone notice any changes in their eyesight? I've had a hard time telling if it's related to the med or just getting older. I'm not sure what to think.

I've been on this med for a while and it's been a game changer for my blood sugar levels. I didn't experience any of the severe side effects, but I did have some headaches and a runny nose at first. Those went away after a couple weeks.
