For me, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. It does help with the pain, but I've noticed my stomach gets really upset. I take it with a meal and that seems to help a lot. I also drink water all the time and that helps too.
I’m an older guy with arthritis and this has been a lifesaver. It’s amazing how much better I feel. Just be cautious and monitor for any side effects, yeah?
