I think part of the issue is that people don't read the instructions properly. This drug can be a lifesaver if used correctly, but it’s not something to mess around with.
I get why they say to be careful with these. I took them once and felt really weak and tired. I thought it was just the diarrhea, but after a few hours, I realized it had to be medication. I took a nap and felt better, but it was super annoying. Watch out!
