I've been struggling with severe acne for years and my dermatologist has recommended Isotretinoin 10mg Capsules. I've heard it works wonders, but the side effects and the iPLEDGE program are a bit scary. Has anyone here taken this medication? What was your experience like? How strict is the iPLEDGE program? I'd really appreciate any insights or advice!

I'm on it right now, and it's been a game-changer. My skin is finally clearing up, and the side effects are minor compared to the acne I had before. Stick with it, and good luck!

I've had two friends who took it and both had horrible experiences. One had to stop because of liver issues, and the other had awful depression. Just be careful and talk to your doctor about any concerns.

I had to stop taking it because of severe back pain. It was awful. But for some people, it's a miracle drug. Just be cautious and listen to your body.

I took isotretinoin for 6 months and it completely changed my life. My acne cleared up, and the side effects weren't as bad as I thought they'd be. Just dry skin and lips, which is manageable. The iPLEDGE program is strict but necessary. You just have to be disciplined with the birth control and regular blood tests.

I think the side effects are blown out of proportion. Sure, dry skin and lips are annoying, but they're manageable. And the mood swings weren't too bad for me.

The iPLEDGE program is a hassle, but it's there for a reason. Make sure you follow it to the letter, especially the part about birth control. The last thing you want is to have to deal with birth defects on top of acne.

I wish I had taken it sooner. My acne was so bad I couldn't leave the house without makeup. It was a pain, but totally worth it.
