Alahist DM Liquid seems like a good choice for relieving cold and allergy symptoms. It has an antihistamine to reduce allergies, a cough suppressant to calm coughs, and a decongestant to clear stuffy noses. I've read the list of side effects, and while they seem manageable, I'd love to hear from people who have actually used it. How effective was it? Did anyone experience any side effects? And if so, were they minor or severe? I'm particularly concerned about the potential for high blood pressure or allergic reactions.First, should I worry about any of the serious side effects, or are they pretty rare? Also, how well does it help with nasal congestion? I've had trouble sleeping because of it, so I'm hoping this will actually clear my nose up a bit. The other options I've tried haven't worked. Thanks for any advice or experiences you can share!.

Wasn't too crazy about it. I felt a bit jittery, like my heart was racing. But it did help clear up my nasal issues. Definitely not something I want to use every day. I'm glad it works for everyone else, but it just wasn't for me.

I've been using it for a month, but I have to stop taking it because of the possible long-term consequences, but I don't see any other alternative. This is a pretty thorough list of side effects. I'm just going to take it at night so I'm not drowsy during the day.

I was really concerned about the allergic reactions, but everyone I know who has taken it hasn't had any issues. Just take it cautiously and if you feel like something is wrong, go get checked out.

Make sure to drink lots of water, Alahist DM Liquid can get pretty drying. I noticed my throat and nasal passages got pretty dry. Try to avoid it if you're sensitive to antihistamines, they can make some people pretty drowsy. I've had trouble focusing at work before.

Dude, I used this stuff last winter and it was a lifesaver. My allergies were out of control, and it knocked them right out. No side effects at all for me. I did feel a bit sleepy earlier in the day, but it was fine by nighttime.

I've been taking it for a week now and I can definitely tell a difference. I had a mild rash last night, but my doctor said it's probably just a reaction to the cold medicine. I'm only on my second dose right now.

Be careful taking this if you're planning on driving or working machines. Seriously, it knocked me out for a whole day! I remember I was feeling pretty good, I thought I was back to normal, then it hit me like a truck.
