I recently discovered Triple Antibiotic Plus Ointment 28.4gm and it's been a game-changer for treating minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. The combination of three antibiotics (bacitracin, neomycin, and polymyxin B) and a pain reliever (pramoxine) works wonders. It not only helps prevent infection but also temporarily relieves pain, which is a huge plus. Has anyone else had success with this ointment? How do you handle minor injuries at home? Also, are there any specific situations where this ointment might not be the best choice?

Has anyone compared this to Neosporin? I've always used Neosporin for minor cuts and scrapes, and it's worked well for me. Is there a significant difference?

I prefer using something with at least silver sulfadiazine for burns. I find it more effective for preventing infections in burn wounds.

I had a small cut on my hand that I treated with this ointment. It healed really fast and I didn't have any issues with it. I like that it numbs the pain. It has been a lifesaver while cooking or working in the garden.

I've been using this for years and it's always worked well for me. The pain relief is pretty instant and it helps keep the wound clean. I usually keep it in my first aid kit, definitely a must have!
