I've been using Semglee (yfgn) 100u/ml Pf Pen 3ml insulin for a few months now, and while it's been great for regulating my blood sugar, I've started noticing some weird side effects. I get this strange irritation at the injection site, and some nights I wake up with severe muscle cramps. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I've been checking the side effect list, but I'm not sure what to make of it. My next doctor's appointment is coming up, so I'll talk to them about it, but I'm curious if anyone else has gone through this.

You should also keep a food diary to make sure you're eating right. Diabetics need to be extra careful with their diet.

My friend who had diabetes also mentioned some crazy things going on just before they had to have their insulin increased. I worry about you. Definitely keep a close eye on things, and if anything gets worse, get right back to your doctor.

I've never heard of Semglee causing muscle cramps. Might be worth getting some blood work done to rule out other issues.

I've had Semglee for over a year and haven't experienced any major issues, but I did have some irritation at the injection site initially. switching to a different injection site every day helped a lot. Also, make sure you're rotating injection sites to avoid skin thickening or lumps.
