I've been taking Fexofenadine D 12hr 60-120mg ER Tb for my seasonal allergies, and it's been a lifesaver for my sneezing and runny nose. However, I've started experiencing some dizziness and trouble sleeping. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar side effects or if I should just power through it. I've read the leaflet and it is extremely concerning. Has anyone encountered this?

I had the same issue with dizziness. My doctor switched me to a different antihistamine, and it cleared up right away. Maybe worth a chat with your doc?

I feel like the side effects are worth it for the relief it gives. Just make sure you take it with food to avoid any stomach issues and you should be fine.

I've been on this for a month and haven't had any issues so far. I do feel a bit more jittery and alert, but in a way it's kinda nice. I have to say though, this stuff is definitely helping with my congestion. Do be careful, though.

Dude, I took this stuff once and I couldn't sleep for 3 days straight. Never again. I'm sticking with plain old Benadryl.

I switched to nasal spray and eye drops. No more pills for me.

Just a heads up, but pseudoephedrine can interact with other meds. Make sure to check with your pharmacist if you're on any other medications. Don't forget the FDA is always a good resource to double-check.

I've only had minor things like headache and dry mouth. Nothing severe. You should really check in with your doctor about the dizziness. Could be something else causing it. but it is quite possible it might be the drug. Please be careful.

My dad had an allergic reaction to this. He got hives and his face started swelling up. We had to rush him to the ER. Scary stuff. I'd be careful and monitor yourself closely.

I've had good luck with Fexofenadine D 12hr 60-120mg ER Tb. Not all doctors are created equal. You should really check with a different one.
