I was so excited to start taking Prenatal 19 Chewable Tablets for my pregnancy, but I'm already on the verge of giving up. The taste is awful, and I've been experiencing some side effects that are really bothering me. I've had constipation, stomach pain, and even some heartburn. I've tried taking them with food, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any tips on how to make them more bearable?

I had the same problem with the constipation. My doctor suggested increasing my fiber intake and drinking more water. It helped a lot. Also, try to cut the tablet in half and take it with a full glass of water.

Just remember, these vitamins are crucial for your baby's development. If it's really that bad, talk to your doctor about alternatives. You're not alone in this!

Have you tried the gummy version? I switched to that and it made a world of difference. Plus, they taste way better!

I had a similar experience, but I found that breaking the tablet into smaller pieces and taking it with a full glass of orange juice every time helped. Give it a try and hope it helps!

I'm sorry to hear you're having a tough time! I had the same issue with the taste. I started taking them with a glass of orange juice, and it helped a lot. Plus, I found that taking them at night before bed helped with the stomach issues. Hang in there, mama!

I've been taking these for months and haven't had any issues. Maybe it's just your body adjusting to the new vitamins?
