I recently started taking Lexiva 700mg Tablets as part of my HIV treatment regimen. It's a protease inhibitor, and so far, it seems to be doing its job in reducing the viral load. However, I've been experiencing some mild side effects like headaches and upset stomach. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'd love to hear some tips on managing these issues or any other insights you all might have. Also, are there any long-term effects that I should be aware of? Thanks in advance!

This is a tough one to deal with, but it also works. Sucks about the side effects, but it's effective.

I switched from another med to Lexiva and felt way better. Headaches can suck, but I found a good strength of Tylenol works well for me. Just be careful not to overdo it, doctors will tell you the same.

I talked to my doctor about the headaches and he suggested switching to a different time of day. It really helped!

For the love of god, heads up on the kidney stones. Pain is unearable.

I've heard some people experience changes in body fat distribution. I've been lucky so far, but it's something to keep an eye on.

I just started taking Lexiva this week. Really hoping the side effects are minimal. Cross your fingers!

I've been on Lexiva for about a year now, and I've found that taking it with food helps a lot with the stomach issues. Plus, staying hydrated has been a game-changer for the headaches. Hang in there!

Be really careful with Lexiva. I had a friend who ended up with some serious liver issues. Make sure you're getting regular blood tests to monitor your liver function.
