I've been on Marplan 10mg Tablets for about a month now, and I must say, the strict dietary restrictions are no joke. I can't eat cheese, cured meats, or drink alcohol, which has been a huge adjustment. But for those of us who have tried other treatments for depression without success, Marplan seems to be effective.

I was really worried about the side effects, but luckily, I've only experienced minor ones so far—mostly just dizziness and dry mouth. I'm curious to hear from others who are on Marplan. Have any of you had similar experiences?

How do you manage the dietary restrictions and avoid other medications that might interact with Marplan? I'd love to hear some tips and tricks from fellow Marplan users.

Lastly, has anyone experienced any of the more serious side effects? I want to be prepared and know what to look out for. Thanks everyone!

I've been on Marplan for a couple of months now, and while it's been tough, I feel like it's really helping. Just be prepared for the lifestyle changes and always keep your doctor in the loop.

I had no idea about the liver problems side effects. I'll have to keep an eye out for those symptoms. Thanks for the heads up!

I think the biggest challenge is the dietary restrictions. I miss cheese so much, but I honestly think Marplan is working better than anything else I've tried.

I couldn't handle the side effects. I had to switch to something else after a week. The dizziness was unbearable.

I've heard that Marplan can interact with a lot of other medications, so it's really important to be vigilant about that. Always double-check with a doctor before starting any new medication.

I've found that the dietary restrictions aren't as bad as I thought they would be. I just plan my meals more carefully and avoid eating out. I've also had to be extra careful with my medications, but my doctor has been really helpful in guiding me through that.
