Anyone else on Prevymis 20mg Oral Pellets? Let's discuss

I'm in my third month and I've had bouts of diarrhea and upset stomach. I've started taking my medication with food and it has helped a bit. The worst part is the fatigue and feeling weak; I've had to be careful about overdoing it, but it's worth it to keep the CMV at bay. Stay strong, everyone! I wish my doc had warned me about these side effects. But I think it's important for everyone to know that if you experience any of the urgent side effects, don't mess around. Get to a doctor right away.

If anyone is dealing with low blood cell counts, just stay in constant communication with your doctor. They'll monitor your counts and adjust your treatment as needed. It took some time, but I'm feeling a lot better now.
