I've been prescribed B-2 100mg Tablets to help prevent migraines. Riboflavin, also known as Vitamin B2, is an essential vitamin that helps your body convert food into energy. It's important for cell growth, healthy skin, eyes, and nerve function. I've read that it can help with migraines, but I'm curious about other people's experiences.

Has anyone else tried B-2 100mg Tablets? How long did it take to see results? Did you experience any side effects? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any severe allergic reactions or other serious side effects, as the information can be quite frightening.

I'm also wondering if taking these tablets has any other benefits beside preventing migraines. I've heard that they can help with energy levels and overall health, but I'd love to hear some real-life experiences.

Do you take these tablets with food? How often do you take them? Any tips on incorporating them into your daily routine would be greatly appreciated.

Let's share our stories and support each other!

I've been on B-2 100mg for a few months now. It took a while to notice any difference, but I'd say it significantly reduced the frequency and severity of my migraines. No serious side effects, just a bit of stomach upset if I take it on an empty stomach.

I’ve always been skeptical of vitamin supplements, but the B-2 tablets really do seem to help with migraines. Just wish they were a bit cheaper.

My sister took these for a while and saw no change in her migraines. Might be hit or miss for some people.

I’ve been on them for about 6 months now. No serious side effects, but I did experience some minor digestive issues at first. They went away after a couple of weeks. Also, I found taking them in the morning helped me feel more energetic throughout the day.

Just started taking these! It is good to know it might take a while to start feeling the effects. Fingers crossed!

I've heard that B-2 can also help with anxiety. Has anyone else noticed this? I wouldn’t mind some relief from anxiety while I’m at it.
