I've been prescribed Bumex 1mg tablets for my edema and high blood pressure. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this diuretic. How effective has it been for you? Bumex has been a lifesaver for me. I had some initial side effects like dizziness and headaches, but they went away after a few weeks. Just be patient and give your body time to adjust.

I switched to Bumex from Lasix and honestly, I prefer it. Less frequent bathroom trips and it seems to work just as well for my BP. But yeah, watch out for those side effects. I got a bit dizzy at first, but it passed.

BE CAREFUL- I had an allergic reaction to this and ended up getting hives and a swollen tongue. It’s scary stuff, especially when it happens in the middle of the night. I had to ditch the drug for good.
