Anyone else taking Calcidol 8000 U/ml (d2,ergo) 60ml for Vitamin D deficiency? Share your experiences!
I've recently been prescribed Calcidol 8000 U/ml (d2,ergo) 60ml for severe vitamin D deficiency. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this or know someone who has. What side effects did you experience? How long did it take to see improvements in your health? Any tips for managing the medication? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any long-term effects or lifestyle changes that helped. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I started taking Calcidol a few months ago and it's been great so far. I've noticed a significant boost in my overall energy levels. I take it in the morning with breakfast and it's been working well. Just wanted to mention that some sun exposure also helps a lot so you don't have to rely on supplements all the time.
I had to stop taking Calcidol because it gave me really bad nausea. I tried different times of day and with food but it just didn't agree with me. Maybe it's different for everyone but that was my experience.
I didn't have major issues but I did notice that it made me more sensitive to the sun and I felt a bit of dizziness when I started taking it. Overall, it's much better than having serious deficiencies.
My experience with Calcidol has been great. I noticed a significant improvement in my bone density within a few months. My doctor recommended sticking to a consistent schedule and taking it with a fatty meal for better absorption. Have you tried that?
I started taking Calcidol a few weeks ago and I feel amazing. My muscles feel stronger and I'm not as tired as I used to be. A big plus for me is the improvement in my mood. I highly recommend it if you have a severe deficiency!
My doctor recommended taking it with vitamin K2 for better calcium regulation. It's worked wonders for my bone health. Just make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest while on this supplement.
I've been on it for 6 months and I've seen amazing results. My bones feel stronger and my overall health has improved. My doctor suggested taking it in the morning with a glass of water and some food. It's also helped with my mood and energy levels. Looking forward to keep going on this.
