I've been taking Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D tablets for a few months now, and I'm curious to hear from others who are on the same regimen. I've noticed some benefits, but I'm also experiencing some side effects like constipation. Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, what did you do to manage it? Additionally, I'm interested in hearing about any long-term benefits or drawbacks you've experienced. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

I've been taking these for a few months and haven't had any issues. I take them with breakfast and it seems to help with absorption. Just remember to take them with food to avoid any upset stomach. Also, I think the vitamin D is really important. Calcium alone doesn't seem to work as well.

I’ve been taking calcium citrate with vitamin D for a while and noticed a significant improvement in my bone density. It's definitely worth it for me, but I make sure to take it with food to avoid any stomach issues. Highly recommend!

I've been taking these for years and haven't had any major issues. Just make sure to stay hydrated and it helps with the constipation.

I take these with my multivitamin and it's been working well for me. Just make sure you're taking the right dose and following your doctor's instructions. Overdoing it can be just as bad as not taking enough.

I read that taking calcium supplements can interfere with some medications, like thyroid meds. Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t want to stop taking my thyroid pills, but I really need the calcium too.
