I've recently been prescribed Calcium Oyster Shell 500mg tablets to help with my bone health. I've heard it can also help with heartburn, but I'm more interested in the bone-building benefits. Has anyone else tried these? I'm curious about your experiences, both good and bad. I've read about some serious side effects, so I'm a bit nervous. Let's share our stories and maybe some tips on how to manage any issues that come up. I want to hear from people who have tried this supplement and their thoughts, and of course how they feel about it.

My doctor recommended taking these with food to avoid stomach issues. Seems to help! I'm really confused. I don't know. I'm skeptical. Is it worth it? I mean, is it just that easy? Maybe I can do that. I'd rather do that. I'd rather take it with food. I just don't know if it will work. Maybe I can take it with food and see what the results are.

I've been taking these for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. A bit of constipation here and there, but nothing too bad. Make sure to drink plenty of water!

I've heard that taking too much calcium can actually be bad for your heart. So, is it possible to get too much calcium? Is it worth the risk? Sounds like a double-edged sword. I have no idea. I mean, it is good for bone health, but is it worth it? I'd rather not take it.

Natural or not, if I start getting hives or can't breathe, I'm gonna be pretty upset. I'd rather not find out the hard way. I don't know, I know it could work, but why take the chance? I know they are natural, but is the process natural? I'm skeptical. I don't know why I trust the FDA. Why do I have to trust it, even if it is natural? I do not know. What is natural? Who says what is natural and what is not? Who decides what counts as natural? Who cares? I do, I do not know. I just don't know. I don't care.

Be careful with these if you have kidney stones. My doctor told me to avoid them because of that. I am not sure if this will work for me, and I am not sure if I trust it. Its like why do I have to trust it? People say it works, but I am not so sure. I'd rather not take it and figure out if it works. I'd rather not live with the uncertainty. Maybe I can find something I can trust more. I want to take better care of myself, but why risk the side effects?

I switched to a different calcium supplement because I couldn't stand the constipation. Maybe it's just me, but I thought the side effects weren't worth it. I thought it was helping, but I am not sure. I'd much rather take something that doesn't give me any trouble.
