I've been on it for a while and it's helped a lot with my cholesterol, but I did have some issues with diarrhea. Make sure to stay hydrated and talk to your doctor if it gets too bad.

I wish I could say it's been smooth sailing, but I've had some really bad stomach pain. Definitely not fun.
I had to stop taking it because of severe stomach cramps. It was unbearable. If you experience that, don't hesitate to call your doctor.
