I've been feeling run down and stressed lately, so I decided to give Stress Formula Tablets a try. They're supposed to help with energy and nerve function, especially during times of stress. I've been taking them for a week now, and I feel like I have a bit more pep in my step, but I'm not sure if it's just a placebo effect. I've read that they contain B vitamins and Vitamin C, which are essential for converting food into energy and supporting the immune system. Has anyone else tried these and noticed any significant benefits? Also, I read for the first time about side effects that I never heard of, What are people's thoughts on possible side effects?

I tried them and ended up with a nasty rash. Turns out I'm allergic to one of the ingredients. Definitely talk to your doctor first!

I've had a pretty good experience with these. They've helped me feel more energetic and less stressed, but I also make sure to exercise regularly and eat healthily. I think a combination of things is what really makes a difference.

I've been taking these for a few months now, and I genuinely feel better. I have less fatigue and my mood has improved, but I've no idea if its the pills or just my overall routine improvement.

I think it's important to remember that everyone's body responds differently to supplements. Just because they work for one person doesn't mean they'll work for everyone.

I've been on them for 2 months, and I did notice a change in my energy levels, but I also started a new exercise routine at the same time. It's hard to say if it was the tablets or the exercise that made the difference.
