Hi everyone, I've been using NovoSeven RT (8mg Inj, 1 Vial) for my hemophilia with inhibitors and I'm curious to hear from others who use it. I've experienced some mild side effects like hives and itching, but nothing too severe. However, I've read that there can be some serious side effects like allergic reactions. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'd love to know how others manage these side effects and if there are any tips or tricks out there. The only other treatment I've tried is Factor VII deficiency (with a better outcome).

I get a fever every single time I use it. Doctor says it's just a reaction but it sucks to be sick on top of the bleeding episode. I usually just take some Tylenol and tough it out. Anyone else have fevers? Hmmmm.

I've noticed that if I use it too frequently, I get these weird skin rashes. Like, I'm talking blotchy and itchy. It's gross. I haven't missed a dose yet, because it's so effective and the rash goes away quickly. But it's something to be aware of.

Be very careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up in the ER with a severe allergic reaction. Not fun, especially if you're alone.

I've been using NovoSeven RT for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. Just some mild dizziness, but nothing that keeps me from using it. It's a game-changer for managing my bleeding episodes. Still, the list of potential side effects is scary.
