I've recently been prescribed Kenalog Spray 100gm for my eczema. It contains triamcinolone, a steroid that's supposed to reduce swelling, itching, and redness. I've been using it for a week now, and while it seems to be helping, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. I've read about some serious ones like allergic reactions, high blood sugar, and even Cushing's syndrome, as well as irritation at the application site. Has anyone else used this and experienced any of these side effects? I'd love to hear your stories and any tips you might have to minimize them. On the other hand, if you've had a great experience with it, I'd love to hear that too!

I'm surprised more people aren't talking about the weight gain. I gained a bit in my belly after using it for a few months. It's not a ton, but it's noticeable. Be sure to monitor your diet and exercise while using it.

I've had some good results with it, but I've also noticed some changes in my skin color where I've been applying it. It's not too bad, but it's something to be aware of.

Has anyone had an issue with high blood sugar? My doctor said it can happen, but I haven't seen anyone else mention it.

I wish I could say it was a miracle cure, but it's not for me. It did help a bit, but the side effects were too much for me to handle. I'd rather deal with the itching than the thinning skin and weird weight gain.

I had some burning and itching at the application site, but it went away after a few days. Just be patient and give it some time to work.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction and ended up with hives all over my body. It was terrifying, and I had to go to the ER.
